EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Mahli The Label want you to be happy with your purchase so we will happily offer you store credit for the purchase amount excluding postage. Unfortunately we do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing or selection. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace or refund items if they are defected. We hope you understand that we cannot facilitate refunds due to us being a slow fashion, small family run business with a lot of our stock made to order.
In the case where a refund is requested you will be offered the option to exchange or for us to issue store credit (for the cost of the items returning is the sole responsibility of the customer)

Items purchased on SALE or discounted code are unfortunately not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
All international sales are final.
RETURNS 
Should you require an exchange for sizing needs please contact us via email to arrange this. Once your return items are received a store credit will be issued within two weeks for the value of the items purchased will be issued to you via email for you to re-purchase the new sizes you require.
In addition to this you will need to print the returns form (provided to you in your returns email) and include this in your return parcel (please note any returns received without this cannot be processed).

We do not accept refunds for change of mind. We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. All items must be arranged to be returned within 14 days of receiving them and any returned items must be received in original condition- unworn & unwashed.
We strongly suggest that you inspect all of your items upon their arrival; should there be any defects or damages to your goods you must contact us within 14 days.
Please kindly contact us via our Contact Us page or email (hello@mahlithelabel.com) and we will respond to you within 24-48 hours. We endeavor to process exchanges and credit notes as quickly as possible however please allow up to 7-14 days during busy periods.

FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, we will gladly replace or refund items if they are defective.
 
RETURN TO SENDER
In the unlikely event that your order is returned to us by the shipping provider you will be required to pay the shipping charge again, should the return of the order be our error we will gladly cover the shipping costs to re-send your item.
  
SHIPPING 
We are based in Melbourne, Victoria
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched and 1-2 weeks during a sale/new collection launch.
Our orders are sent in compostable bags, these are made from sustainable plants and non-toxic, compostable resin and provide zero waste to our Mother Earth.
Our products ship from Australia. We offer a flat rate shipping service of $6 for standard shipping and $15 express shipping Australia wide.
Once shipped, orders will take approx. 3-6 days to arrive. They may sometimes take longer due to weekends, public holidays etc. You will be able to track your order in real time via the Sendle or Australia Post website.
Mahli The Label is not responsible for items that go missing within Australia & internationally.

New Collection Launch / Sales

We love releasing new collections and we are just as excited to ship as you are to receive.

Please be mindful our small team work extremely hard during these busy periods to provide you with the best service and shipping timeframes possible. We will always endeavor to respond to your emails though it may take us longer than usual. Mahli The Label is open Monday – Friday so daily duties and postage timeframes correspond to these days. 

Please note:

All orders are shipped to the postal address provided. Our systems may not pick up if your street number is invalid or the address contains spelling errors etc.. It is the customers responsibility to supply the correct address. If you have had issues with Courier services finding your address, please consider an alternative delivery address.
