We want you to be happy with your purchase from us, so if you wish exchange your item we will issue you with store credit for the full amount, minus shipping. Unfortunately we cannot facilitate refunds due to us being a slow fashion, small business with a lot of our stock made to order.
Once we have received the item back we will assess and providing that the item/s are not worn and are in original condition we will issue you with a store credit for the full amount excluding postage costs.
If the item you wish to return is faulty, please return the item to us for assessment. Once the faulty item is received, assessed and deemed faulty you will be offered a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.
Refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method. E.g. PayPal account, AfterPay or store credit etc.
Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer.
Please email email@example.com and inform us you wish to return/exchange your item. when sending the item back please include your name and order number in the package. Please then provide us with the tracking number.
From the date your return is sent, please allow up to two weeks for returns to be processed.
